I bought my product from one of your registered dealers but it is not what I expected. Can I exchange it?

Please contact the dealer directly in regards to exchange as this varies from dealer to dealer.

I bought my product off amazon and they are broken, how do I claim warranty on them?

Unfortunately, Audio-Technica Australia does not cover warranty on products purchased from unauthorised resellers and overseas websites such as Amazon, Crazy Sales, Gadget Bliss, and Ebay. Please contact these sites directly. However, we do process repairs on headphones and microphones for a fee. Please call +61 (02) 9519 0900 for a quote. I’m looking for a product that is not on the Audio-Technica Australia website.

Audio-Technica aims to provide the biggest range in headphones, turntables and microphones. However, there may be some laytime between Japan and Australia for new releases. Or the product may be discontinued or is not offered in the range in Australia. I want some In-Ear Headphones but I have trouble finding the right size for my ear canal.

All Audio-Technica In-Ear Headphones come with a set of different sized ear buds so you can fit them to your personal ear size.
